Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Registration.
• Enquiry relating to participation in carnival activities.

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you regarding your enquiry or request.

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Witney Carnival Committee Chairman.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep names, email addresses and contact numbers for 12 months. We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting all files containing this information, other than that required by law relating to contracts and payments..
